Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Waiver: A signed waiver is required prior to every appointment. Waivers can be accessed and completed via our website before your scheduled visit. 2. I understand that a $20 payment is required to secure my appointment. If I cancel my appointment within 24 hours, this payment will serve as a non-refundable cancellation fee. Otherwise, the payment will be applied toward the final amount due at the time of the appointment. 3. Additional charges may be requested at the time of the appointment. Prices are dependent on the pet's size and temperament and are subject to the groomer's discretion.
